國家中同步展開,挑戰成功者將與藝珂集團台灣暨南韓總經理Cindy Chen一同工
作,並能獲得等同於CEO的薪資!而後更有機會前進蘇黎世角逐全球CEO,由藝珂
集團CEO Denis Machuel帶領實習!
‘CEO for One Month’ is an inclusive initiative, with no barriers around educational or skillset requirements that offers applicants the possibility to develop and showcase their potential, to learn what it takes to succeed as a business leader and to acquire the skills and the experience needed to get a foot on the career ladder.

2022 Taiwan CEO for One Month
My month with Adecco Taiwan was a blast! It was a life-changing experience for me, and I would love to share two of the takeaways that impacted me the most, in hope that they will become great advice for your upcoming journey this year.
While one of the most important responsibilities of a CEO is to exercise influence, you won’t be able to do so until you know how. Therefore, it is essential to acknowledge your specialties, personality traits, and advantages in order to create your own positive influence. For example, I am good at showcasing positive energy through my facial expressions and body language; at the same time, I’m a great listener. Knowing what my advantages allow me to exercise influence in my own way!
My second takeaway was an insight from the global Adecco Group team. In my final interview with two directors from another country branch of Adecco, I was forced to face my biggest insecurity: lack of confidence. My experience this month not only forced me to face my insecurities, but the Adecco Group and Adecco Taiwan also supported me to overcome my fears.
To conclude, a perfect quote would be the one from Steve Jobs, “You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward”. CEO for One Month is definitely one of the dots in my past that led to a better version of myself.

2020 Taiwan CEO for One Month
I am the 2020 CEO for One Month Taiwan representative. During the CEO for One Month 2020, I learned a lot from Adecco Group Taiwan CEO Cindy Chen. She taught me two things that still benefit my whole career.
The first one is to think big. In the beginning, I always thought from an individual view, from a lower level. But Cindy told me to think from a higher perspective, for the different departments, and the whole industry.
Being as a leader in the human resource industry, we should always think big, and we should think faster and earlier.
The second thing is to listen, to listen to your employee’s voices, listen to your team’s voices, and then you can know what happens in your company. I learned as a leader, I should care more about my employees and strike a balance between thinking big and listening to my employee’s voices.
